I like the pre-test to get a starting point. I didnt realize the difficulty level could be adjusted and I had to lower the difficulty half-way through the month when I couldnt quite achieve the prescribed activity. My only suggestion would be to be able to date-stamp when you enter that you have completed your workout for the day. Sometimes (especially if it was a day off) I couldnt remember if Id done it that day or not!
